Guest House Accommodation Request Form for Currently Enrolled Students

Please read the following instructions before submitting the form.

• Guest house accommodation requests must be made at least two days prior to the check-in date.
• Bookings for the same day and the next calendar day are not available.
• Accommodation approval and confirmation of allotment can take at most two calendar days.
• You can check current availability by visiting: Availability
• This form is to be filled by currently enrolled students only.
• Currently enrolled students are those who have already joined IIT Hyderabad and have been allotted a roll number and an IITH email ID.
• If you are a new student with an IITH email ID already activated, you may have to wait for a few days for the database to update.
• If you are an alumni of IITH, please write to Alumni office at office.ar@iith.ac.in.
• To avoid blocking of rooms and no-shows, the guest house office may request you to reconfirm the booking a few days prior to check-in.
